Our client is looking for people who have experience in operating heavy machinery in either civil, forestry or quarry work. As a machine operator you will be responsible for operating a range of mobile heavy equipment and machinery in our operations. This includes but is not limited to bulldozers, excavators, graders, dump trucks, and potentially drills. The role involves working in diverse environments, adhering to strict safety protocols, and contributing to the smooth functioning of our operations.Key Responsibilities:

Operate various types of heavy equipment and machinery efficiently and safely.
Follow operational plans and instructions to ensure productivity targets are met.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any faults or issues.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve operational goals.
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and production activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 3 months experience in civil, quarry, or forestry operations.
Experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, graders, or dump trucks.
Experience in drilling operations is an advantage.
Ability to work day and night shifts on a rotating roster (6 on, 3 off).
Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
