FACULTY OF DENTISTRY | TE KAUPEKA PŪNIHOAre you a new or recent dental graduate seeking an exciting opportunity to join a supportive culture founded on teamwork, integrity and social responsibility?We are looking for passionate and driven graduate dentists to join our modern, supportive team based dental practice at our facilities in Ōtepoti, Dunedin and Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland.The role/Te mahiThe Faculty of Dentistry invites applications for three, full-time, one-year fixed term positions in Ōtepoti, Dunedin and two, full-time, one-year fixed term positions in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland, commencing 2026.In this role you will work with experienced clinicians to provide a wide scope of general dental procedures including urgent care. Throughout this placement, you will benefit from ongoing mentoring, training, support and coaching. Extensions considered.These developmental positions offer a unique opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience under the mentorship of experienced dentists and academics from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Otago.You will work as a member of our dental practice at the Auckland facility or Dental Hospital in Dunedin. You will build and enhance your clinical skills in a supportive environment that includes rehabilitation and urgent care.Your skills and experience/Kā pūkeka me kā wheakoWe are looking for Dentists within their first three years of working, who value interacting with other professionals and thrives on working in a supportive culture founded on teamwork, integrity, and social responsibility.   • Knowledge or the ability to acquire knowledge of procedures, policies, regulations and standards of practice.
