- Lead the planning, design, and execution of water infrastructure projects, with a focus on mechanical systems
- Provide technical expertise in the analysis and optimization of high-pressure systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract negotiations
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in the management and execution of mechanical based projects
- In-depth knowledge of heavy industry high-pressure systems, including pumps, valves, and pipelines.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and project management software
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
