We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Mailroom Assistant!In this role you will assist in providing a complete postal, courier and freight service for the University of Otago.Among other tasks, you will:
  • Efficiently deliver and collect mail from across campus.
  • Sort internal and external mail and courier items with precision.
  • Advise Departments on postal services, pricing ratio’s, discounts and conformance requirements.
From time-to-time heavy lifting may be required.Your skills and experience/Kā pūkeka me kā wheako
  • A full and current New Zealand driver’s licence.
  • Strong computer skills particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.
  • A professional, proactive and service orientated approach.
Further details/PūrokoThe is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) permanent position.
