- Provide a professional and welcoming reception service for all visitors, contractors, and staff.
- Manage building access protocols, including issuing access cards and verifying entry permissions.
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks related to visitor management and security.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader and wider National Command and Coordination Centre (NCCC) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold Police values in all interactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Confidence in managing front-of-house responsibilities and responding to dynamic situations.
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- You must hold a current New Zealand driver's licence.
- You must reside within a commutable distance to Wellington.
- Ability to obtain a Bronze PPDP grading.
