This includes developing and maintaining DevOps processes, governance structures and policies ensuring it aligns with industry standards and best practices.A key part of this role is to provide leadership and mentoring to the team and looking for continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:

Strong technical expertise, delivering training material and running workshops
Lead and guide DevOps Enablement engineers
Build and implement DevOps processes, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms.
Develop, document, and maintain DevOps policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Monitor and optimize the performance of DevOps activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure all DevOps processes adhere to security best practices and conduct regular security assessments
Proficiency in different tooling, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
