We're looking for an Account Manager to join Hisense, a global leader in consumer technology. In this role, you'll be driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and boosting brand visibility across your territory.What You'll Do:
- Identify and action sales opportunities and drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and product training
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key retail partners to drive repeat business
- Deliver impactful in-store product training to improve Hisense product knowledge, sales skills and average selling price (ASP)
- Track and report sales activities, including customer interactions and call cycle management
- Collaborate internally to ensure seamless sales process
- Understand customer needs and present relevant product opportunities
- Identify and maintain display and merchandising opportunities, whilst ensuring that fixtures are well maintained and that maintenance request are logged quickly
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Stay updated on audio visual and appliance trends
- Look for opportunities to expand the Hisense range, brand offering and presence (POS, displays etc.)
- Complete sales, training and CRM updates daily as part of structured call cycles
- Represent Hisense at out-of-hours events and training sessions
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Growing Hisense category performance and ASP across key categories
- Enhancing Hisense brand visibility and presence in-store
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven experience in Consumer Electronics sales (retail or supplier side)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Ability to build a rapport and establish trust effectively
