To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
A minimum of 7 years' experience in land development and subdivision design
Proven knowledge of NZS 3910:2023
Strong technical report writing and presentation skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
A confident, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status
Proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD
Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading project teams
