- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across salaried, waged, and specialist positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders to design targeted, creative recruitment campaigns.
- Manage and build talent pools for critical roles to ensure strong pipelines.
- Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately managed through ourPeople (HCM).
- Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers, lifting recruitment capability across the business.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates, and tools.
- 3+ years' experience in a talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or an HR role that covered some recruitment responsibilities.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, business, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, recruitment tools, and campaign design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, able to adapt across diverse audiences.
- Systems/IT focus, with the ability to become a subject matter expert in our "ourPeople" HCM system.
- Understanding of New Zealand employment law and recruitment best practices.
