
Project Engineer (GTF Capability Introduction)

- Technical Work Instruction Drafting: Performing Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and reviewing Key Product Characteristics (KPC), you will develop technical work instructions and procedures in compliance with technical, regulatory and safety standards.
- Equipment Calibration & Maintenance Manual Creation: Using your understanding of calibration and maintenance principles, you will create standard format equipment manuals including maintenance and calibration schedules to support long-term equipment reliability and compliance.
- Technical Data Interpretation: You will review and interpret technical documentation, OEM manuals, standards and drawings to ensure work instructions and equipment manuals are accurate and easy to follow.
- Process Try-outs & Validation: Working closely with our technicians, you will take a proactive role in validating the effectiveness of the technical work instructions and new processes, making the necessary refinements.
- Collaboration & Communication: You’ll work closely with engineers, technicians, project leads and management to ensure smooth introduction of GTF capability to the business.
- Tooling & Equipment Introduction: You will assist with the commissioning and integration of new tooling and equipment related to the GTF introduction.
- Attention to Detail: You are meticulous, specific, and know that the devil’s in the details.

- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or process-focused discipline (or equivalent practical experience with a Level 6 Diploma and strong applied capability)
- BE(Hons) or BEngTech with Production or Industrial focus
- BSc in a relevant science
- Graduate Diploma in Project Management
- Other relevant technical or process-focused tertiary qualifications
