We are involved with a variety of projects from road construction and maintenance through to earthworks, drainage, marine works, and major projects of national significance.We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Senior Stakeholder & Communications Advisor to join our Structures Northern team on a 12-month parental leave cover. In this role, you'll help maintain a positive project and company image through active and transparent engagement with stakeholders.This role involves managing sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, while proactively collaborating with internal teams to develop and manage communication plans, identify stakeholders, and assess needs, risks, and expectations.About youOur ideal candidate will bring:· 2-5 years' experience in a communications advisor role or similar· Proven experience in communications and engagement planning and delivery at advisor level· Ability to identify and document business requirements· Construction administration experience· Strong relationship-building skills across a wide range of stakeholders and diverse project teams· Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and channelsWhile not essential, experience with the following would be desirable:· Degree qualification in Communications or a related field· Understanding of the project lifecycle· Ability to translate technical or consent-related material into plain language content· Experience with property and landowner engagement· Experience in writing clear, targeted content for various platformsWhat we offerWe offer a number of benefits including giving you an extra day off a year to celebrate your birthday, discounted health insurance, free life insurance cover, fresh fruit at our offices and a number of wellbeing offerings.
