You'll complete daily network inspections and essential maintenance, making sure our roads are safe and well looked after. Your proactive approach and people-first attitude will help you build genuine relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and the wider community.What you’ll be doing
No two days are quite the same, your hands-on work will include:Responding to urgent health and safety issues – from accident debris clean-up to network hazardsPothole repairs, edge breaks, and replacing edge or culvert marker postsQuick-fix concrete repairs to keep things safeInstalling and maintaining signage, cleaning signs, and removing graffitiTraffic management for designated roadsVegetation management around key areasSight rail maintenance and repairsUsing RAMM technology to log and complete jobsEmergency response and storm clean-upFinding and fixing the small (but important) things that keep our roads running smoothlyParticipating in our on-call roster (every 6 weeks)What’s in it for you?
