Diesel Automotive Technician

• Diagnose and repair faults in diesel engines and related systems
• Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on diesel trucks and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
• Apply your deep understanding of diesel technology to deliver high-quality workmanship
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and servicing
• Maintain and promote a safe, clean, and efficient workshop environment

• A Level 4 Qualification in Automotive Technology and at least 3 years' experience in NZ.
• Class 1, 2, 4 & 5 Driver's Licences (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with diesel engines and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• A customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills
• A commitment to safety and high workshop standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
