We are dedicated to delivering on our promises and being a company that our customers can trust.If you are interested in helping us achieve our vision of enabling choice through change, Bluecurrent could be the place for you.About the roleThe purpose of this role is to provide maintenance and support for IT business applications and to ensure reliability and proactive continuous improvement across Bluecurrent Application stack.This role provides assistance to various stakeholders responding to their queries and offering solutions to the issues logged, as well as proactively assisting users by enhancing their knowledge of the business processes and products supporting the processes.You will also be involved with teams responsible for developing new solutions for the applications to make sure they are reliable and monitored.Enhancement of existing legacy applications is an important aspect of the role.Who we are looking for
  • You will have working experience in the IT industry.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows automation and administration.
  • Knowledge of latest cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, VMware.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Network, Database, Infrastructure and Cyber Security related incidents.
  • Knowledge of software application monitoring and alerting.
  • Able to read/write/script in languages like Python, Bash, Batch, SQL, Java etc.
  • Ability to work with minimal instructions and take on challenges.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Flexible work approach and ability to take on new challenges.
