  • Create exceptional guest journeys from arrival to departure, delivering world-class massages and body treatments in a serene, welcoming environment.
  • Provide personalised care through expert consultation, wellness advice, and tailored retail recommendations that extend beyond the treatment room.
  • Uphold the highest luxury service standards with warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to making every guest feel cared for inside and out.
  • Be a trusted spa expert - confidently guiding guests through treatments, demonstrating products, and encouraging rebookings and add-on services.
  • Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, restock supplies, and support the seamless operation of the spa.
Qualifications
  • Experience & Knowledge - Previous luxury spa experience essential; familiarity with spa booking/property management systems preferred.
  • Service Excellence - Strong eye for detail, luxury guest service standards, and polished personal presentation with outstanding communication skills.
  • Professionalism Under Pressure - Organised, efficient, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining warmth and professionalism.
  • Collaborative & Growth-Oriented - Team player with a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to ongoing development and self-improvement.
  • Engaging & Confident - Builds rapport easily, demonstrates strong presentation skills, and consistently projects a professional image.
