- Be a trusted spa expert - confidently guiding guests through treatments, demonstrating products, and encouraging rebookings and add-on services.
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, restock supplies, and support the seamless operation of the spa.
- Experience & Knowledge - Previous luxury spa experience essential; familiarity with spa booking/property management systems preferred.
- Service Excellence - Strong eye for detail, luxury guest service standards, and polished personal presentation with outstanding communication skills.
