Could you be our new Development Chapter Lead?About the Role | Mō te TūrangaThe role of Chapter Lead has the purpose of being a development capability expert and a servant leader for their Chapter members. Reporting to our Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for people leadership, as well as technical leadership and platform decision making for a domain or suite of applications/systems.As a chapter lead, you will be expected to maintain technical standards and decisions across domainsAlso helping agile tribes, you would share engineering knowledge, experience, best practices and collaboratively work to achieve quality outcomes.About You | MōuTechnical and people leadership in the development space will make you stand out from the crowd, as well as previous experience with.NET, C#, .NETCORE, WebAPI, entity frameworks, Microservices Architecture, REST API's, SQL, CI/CD, DevOps, Azure, Kubernetes, Automation and Agile methodologies.This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will be able to leave your footprint and mentor and coach a bunch of talented individuals.
