Your expertise in change management and investment delivery will directly influence how we govern, deliver, and embed transformation across the Ministry.In this role, you will:
drive change management best practice and offer expert guidance on complex change risks and issues
partner with business groups to build change management capability across our projects, people leaders, and governance groups
deliver enterprise change portfolio impact forecasts and insights for governance groups and decision makers.

significant experience in enterprise change leadership within complex organisations
experience in developing and improving change management frameworks, practices, and tools, ideally in an investment setting
an ability to enhance organisational performance through data, to identify trends and drive improvements
exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder management and experience influencing people across all levels
a working knowledge of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and the implications of these for the work of Te Tāhū o te Ture – Ministry of Justice.
