Job DescriptionWho are we looking for?We’re looking for an experienced and driven North Production Manager to lead our ready-mix concrete operations in Penrose & Ranui. This is your opportunity to join a high performing team and help deliver outstanding results in safety, quality, and efficiency.About the roleIn this leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of concrete production across our North Auckland sites. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our batching operations run smoothly, resources are used efficiently, and products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll manage and mentor a dedicated team, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain strong customer relationships. From optimising costs to driving process improvements, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations remain profitable, sustainable, and industry leading.About youYou’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast paced operational environment. You know the concrete industry inside and out, and you take pride in delivering safe, high quality, and efficient results every time. You can balance hands on operational oversight with strategic thinking, and you’re just as comfortable working with your team on the ground as you are in front of a customer or presenting to management.We are looking for someone with:5+ years concrete industry experience, ideally with plant operations expertiseSkilled in batching concrete to required specifications with a solid understanding of plant operations and mechanical systems.Maintenance and operational understanding of a concrete plant.
