12 months fixed term role, parental coverAre you ready to join the engine room of a big tertiary education provider? Academic Registry at is looking for one permanent appointee and three one-year parental leave cover positions (starting between June and August).Academic Registry delivers a wide range of key services and support functions to students and internal stakeholders at Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT). It also manages the day to day engagement with the Tertiary Education Commission and StudyLink. The Registry Administrators are important roles which provide services to students, administrative and academic staff, service centres and other stakeholders.Our excellent reputation hinges on the calibre of people appointed to these roles.At times it will be your job to support student enrolment, sometimes academic programme development, sometimes graduation. You will do a broad range of academic administrative processes and you will love working with the wider Institute. In this role, you will play to your strengths.You may have worked in the education sector before, or you might come from another public sector service organisation. Either way you will be comfortable with variety in your work and you will come with strong set of professional values.You'll need the ability to work well under pressure and cope with the demands of a busy work life. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to be successful in this varied and stimulating environment.
