- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Create and update the stakeholder assessment and map for all current projects within security.
- Development and execution of change management processes and activities across all types of change including system/technical, business, cultural and/or behavioural change.
- Ensure that the impacts of change are understood and communicated effectively to stakeholders and staff, so that our change initiatives 'land well' with end users.
- Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of Training delivery. (This includes training material for AKO and working with comms to ensure we are using the correct templates when sending messages externally).
- Support and engage senior leaders and successfully implement change from identification through to embedding and sustaining the change in our business.
- Integrate change management activities into the project plan and ADO.
- Collating feedback on behalf of the business to monitor progress, impact, and satisfaction of improvements.
- Your experience in your craft - ideally, a proven track record of 4+ years in a change manager role across a wide range of projects/initiatives and implementation mechanisms.
- Examples of your strong experience working with leaders and people at all levels of the organisation in a high-change environment.
- Information about your knowledge and experience, or desire to learn and build knowledge and experience of Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo and Te Ao Māori, and engagement with Māori.
- Examples of where you've demonstrated or encouraged diversity and inclusion in and/or outside of work.
- Demonstration of your understanding of the machinery of government and related processes and procedures.
- Role-specific training - relevant certification in change management (e.g. Prosci, CMI accreditation, APMG) desirable.
