BestStart Kaikorai Valley Road is looking for an inspiring Head Teacher to lead our Koru Room, supporting tamariki aged 2 to 3 years. You'll bring strong knowledge of curriculum and compliance, a collaborative leadership style, and a genuine passion for high-quality teaching and learning.To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Level 7 ECE teaching qualification (BEd/Dip Tch)
Current NZ Teaching Certification
Proven leadership skills or readiness to step into a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki, planning and assessment
A commitment to quality education, inclusive practice and biculturalism
