From day trips and cooking to arts, science, and sports - no two days are ever the same. Come join us and bring out your inner child!Job DescriptionJoin us for 9+ hours of fun each week at our sKids Westmere programme! Most of your time will be in our after-school sessions (between 2:30pm - 6:00pm), with the chance to help out in before-school sessions too (7:00am - 8:30am). There may also be opportunities for extra hours during school holiday programmes, depending on rosters.What You'll Do,You'll be the friendly face and helping hand that makes our programmes fun, safe, and engaging for tamariki.
  • Join the fun: Supervise and support children as they dive into a variety of activities.
  • Keep it safe & tidy: Make sure the environment is clean, hygienic, and safe for everyone - kids, staff, parents, and visitors.
  • Be a right-hand hero: Assist the Programme Manager in running the day's schedule and activities.
  • Stay connected: Share any concerns or behaviour updates with the Programme Manager so we can support every child.

QualificationsYou will,
  • Hold a valid visa to work in New Zealand without restrictions
  • Be able to commute/ work around the sites above.
  • Have keen interest to work in similar industries
  • have previous experience working with children, it can be from babysitting or any volunteered experience.
  • In order to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004, only applicants over the age of 20 years can be considered for this role.
