Te kōwhiringa | The OpportunityAs a Quality Assurance Technician, you will ensure material, construction and safety compliance along with seamless communication and reporting to management, but let's dig deeper:

Ensure that Contract Quality Plans, ITP and other relevant documentation meets the contract specification requirements - providing information to manage quality issues on site.
Completion of quality assurance and control documentation including Data Dockets, Spray Sheets, Weather Data, RAMM data and DJR's etc.
Manages weather related conditions such as road temperature, humidity and air temperature to assist with better management of site activities
Calculate and control material quantities to ensure compliance with customer requirements
Communicate results of findings and highlight quality/compliance issues with Contract Engineer/Foreperson as they arise
Support, implement and adhere to H&S policies and procedures.

Have demonstrated interest/experience in maintaining accurate records and data management
Hold exposure to sealing operations (beneficial)
Be able to conduct basic risk analysis applicable to construction operations
Be a 'Team Player' with excellent communication skills
Have a good understanding of mathematics as applicable to surfacing operations/construction
Have experience loading data accurately and on time as per Departments specifications.
