Since 2017 we have been part of Vector Limited, so you know you have the backing of a company that is leading the transformation of the energy sector.About the role:We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator where you'll be part of a supportive and encouraging People and Culture (P&C) team who love to help people and pride themselves on delivering amazing service to our stakeholders.You will cover a wide range of generalist recruitment activities. You will be supporting end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of both blue collar and professional roles ensuring the function is a smooth process and you will also have the opportunity to be involved in interesting and challenging projects and initiatives.Who we are looking for:We are looking for someone who understands the people aspect of recruitment and is committed to providing exceptional support to our stakeholders. You're someone who enjoys a dynamic and fast paced role, and showcasing your proactive eye for detail, as well as identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and solving problems as they arise.It's important that you love helping people and working collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.   • Proven work experience in Recruitment with a minimum of 2 years industry experience (e.g. both in-house or agency recruitment)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation
  • Expertise with (phone and in-person) candidate screening and interviews
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas to different audiences
