We're looking for a HSQE Business Partner to join our Energy Services division. In this role, you'll partner with operational teams to embed a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and deliver improvements across health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.- Act as the go-to HSQE expert for assigned business units.
- Champion a proactive safety culture through coaching and leadership.
- Support incident investigations and contribute to strategic HSQE planning.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Build strong relationships with operational leaders, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to keep our people and environment safe.About you:- Relevant HSQE qualification (Level 4 HSQE Diploma, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
- 5+ years' experience in HSQE roles, ideally in contracting, energy, or electrical distribution.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety principles and risk management.
- Experience in investigations, audits, and assurance reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
