Annual Salary: $67,200 - $84,000 per annum

What will you do?

Oversee the quality and integrity of all maintenance work, as well as general hands, and
Report to the General Manager on facility projects and update on improvement progress
Ensure appropriate supply levels, and take care of the maintenance garage
Effectively manage resources, while reviewing budget and costs
Respond to emergencies and other operating problems to minimise disruptions, developing standard operating procedures

More about you

Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance & facilities management
Valid and unrestricted NZ driver's licence and relevant licenses for duties
NZ Trade qualified as an electrician, mechanic, plumber, engineer, or carpenter (preferred)
Strong team management skills to achieve guest satisfaction and business objectives
Ability to deliver efficient maintenance solutions while adhering to budget and safety guidelines
Flexibility to a work a variety of shifts over a 7 day-week roster (Monday-Sunday
