Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleWe have a Patient Service Representative position available within our administrative team, supporting patients, whānau, and communities across the Counties Manukau District.Based at 15 Lambie Drive, youll be part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and administrators. Community Central serves as the central hub for referrals, allocation, and coordination of Community Health Services. Our goal is to ensure a seamless, transparent journey for patients, from referral through to service delivery, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and patient experience.This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, shifts rostered between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.About YouWe are looking for adaptable professional who thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and can manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of service.Ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 1 years customer service experience
  • At least 1 years clerical experience in a healthcare or similar setting
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-expectation environment
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
