With a strong reputation for excellence and a clear vision for growth, Decom is seeking a strategic and commercially driven General Manager to lead the next phase of its journey.About Decom ElectricalDecom specialises in substation construction, high-voltage network maintenance, electrical design, testing and commissioning, utility services, and design and project management.The company is trusted by major utilities and industrial clients to deliver complex, high-voltage infrastructure projects including new builds, upgrades and fault response services. With a skilled team and a strong pipeline of work, Decom is well-positioned for expansion and innovation.About the roleAs General Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of the business, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, performance, and innovation. You'll work closely with the Board and leadership team to grow capability, strengthen client relationships, and position Decom as a leader in the electrical contracting space.About you

Proven leadership experience, ideally in infrastructure, utilities, or engineering
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Ability to lead through growth, change, and complexity
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset
A collaborative, values-driven leadership style
Experience in Project Management in the trades, construction, or electrical sectors is advantageous
