You'll be working directly with engineering leadership to design and deliver a wide range of impactful features and products. This is a key hire in a growing team- your voice will be heard, and your work will make a real difference.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical challenges, values clean code, and thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable web applications using React and Go, PostgreSQL, contributing across both front end and back end.
- Design and implement robust cloud-native solutions, leveraging AWS (or GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, and container-based deployment.
- Champion software quality through clean, testable code, code reviews, and engineering best practices in a modern Agile environment.
- Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to ship impactful features aligned with business goals, using tools like CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- 7+ years of commercial software development experience.Proven experience across both front end and back end environments.
- A strong understanding of system design, architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
- Great written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for continuous learning; Mentorship or leadership experience within a development team is a big plus.
