- The overall platforms assets, datacentres, environments, monitoring, life cycling, provisioning and operational functions.
- The core platforms team delivering reliable and secure virtualisation, containerisation and cloud capability.
- The Data Infrastructure team delivering robust database, storage and backups solutions.
- The Integration and Middleware team managing integration platforms and associated middleware services.
- And delivery of secure Identity and Access Management services across the organisation.
- Coach, develop and provide technical leadership to highly skilled engineering teams.
- Bring strong relationship skills to collaborate widely with stakeholders, customers, vendors, and other product owners to deliver value from our platforms.
- Champion a modern and agile approach to the delivery of reliable mission critical digital products and bring a systematic approach to leading improvement and future direction.
- Exceptional leadership skills and proven product knowledge in the digital infrastructure domain.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate widely, along with extensive experience managing technical teams.
- Strong strategic thinking capability with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term delivery.
- An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels in an organisation.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a complex technical encironment.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation.
