About the roleWe're looking for an experienced retail manager to oversee the day to day running of our Waihi store.This awesome Monday to Friday role has a huge amount of variety and autonomy. You will roster staff, oversee stock, set prices, and manage shop revenue. You'll also be responsible for monthly reporting and forecasting and promoting and marketing the store locally.Skills and experience you'll bring

Experience in retail management
Interest in second-hand goods
Ability to recruit, lead and motivate volunteers
Highly motivated with a "can-do" attitude
Great relationship building skills and strong community focus
Admin skills, including reporting and forecasting
