An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor with a genuine interest in property law and at least two years of post-qualification experience. This role is based in the vibrant city of Christchurch, offering an exciting chance to work on a variety of property transactions, including residential conveyancing, financing arrangements, subdivisions, and general property matters. As a Property Solicitor, you will play an integral role in our property team. You will handle various property transactions while maintaining a quality focus and attention to detail. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Work closely with a broad range of clients including individuals, small and medium sized businesses, property developers and farming clients
  • Handle various property transactions such as residential conveyancing, financing arrangements, subdivisions and general property matters
  • Participate actively in the firm's inclusive, respectful, and friendly culture
  • Contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment

  • Maintain a quality focus and attention to detail in all tasks
What you bring:
  • At least two years of experience in Property law
  • Strong academic record demonstrating your commitment to your professional development.
  • Genuine interest in Property law which drives your passion for this field.
  • Strong time management skills enabling you to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail ensuring high-quality output in all tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills facilitating effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills allowing you to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
