At Summerset, we are passionate about providing quality services and care for our residents.Job Description:Summerset Avonhead is looking for an exceptional Caregiver to join the team on a casual contract basis!At Summerset we are here to bring the best of life to our residents. To do this, we know we need to take care of our people to form a team who are strong enough to care, operate as one team, and strive to do their best.This is a busy and diverse role, assisting residents with their day-to-day activities such as showering, delivering meals and much more. Therefore, you will need to be resilient, kind and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care.This is a casual contract on a if and when required basis.Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care to residents under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse
Working as part of a team to support creating an enjoyable and safe home for residents

Qualifications:You will be a passionate & qualified Caregiver with genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life. To be a successful you will bring:

have experience in aged care and or have a qualification relevant to the role.
have genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life.
be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.
be available to work on a rotating shift pattern (including mornings, afternoon and weekends).
