We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team based in West Pennant Hills, Sydney. This is a permanent full-time position for a self-driven manager to work with an enthusiastic team on the NorthConnex Tunnel delivering Incident Response and Motorway Maintenance activities. This position will take full accountability for financial and contractual management coupled with a strong focus on safety.About youYou will possess substantial exposure driving projects or services, asset and resource planning and project management together with;

Degree qualification in Electrical, Civil Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
Ideally you will have significant demonstrated experience in the tunnel infrastructure maintenance sector in a project development and delivery role.
Strong financial reporting skills and the ability to analyse financial information.
Have a thorough knowledge of the contract, scope of works and the specifications and the technical and engineering requirements on which the contract is based.
Experience in leading, developing and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimum support in operational delivery.
