- Business Operations Specialist
- Provide helpdesk support to our frontline staff for more complex account types and processes.
- Proactively work to improve our operational processes.
- Deliver administration support for our key centralised processes.
- Comply with various legislative requirements e.g. AML.
- Banking and/or financial services and lending experience is required.
- At least 2 years' experience in a frontline customer service or retail position is desired.
- Experience working with legal processes is desired.
- Ability to problem solve, and make effective decisions within delegation
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills
