Programme LeadWe have the opportunity for an individual to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of capital and operational project work programmes across Council.We offer genuine opportunities for you to grow, lead, and help transform how we deliver for our community. You will be key in driving change and making a visible impact within the organisation and across the district.About you:Are you an experienced project and contracts professional ready to take the lead on meaningful initiatives? We're looking for someone to lead and support the project team in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects outlined in the Council's Long-Term Plan and transform the way we deliver to provide the best service to our community.If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive on creating change, we'd love to hear from you.Ideally you will have:

Relevant tertiary qualification and 5 to 10 years' relevant work experience in programme/project management
Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in leadership and management with diverse teams.
Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining relationships of purpose with mutually beneficial outcomes.
