Job Description We are searching for a highly motivated, reliable and honest person to join our team, you will be working alongside the contract milkers and 4 other full time team members.
Milking 1150 cows through two 50 bale rotary's with acr, auto teat spray and cow manager.
We will also be running 900 R1"s all on a grazing platform of 575ha.
We winter on crop with first calvers on Kale and everything else on Fodderbeet.
The successful applicant:
-Must be self motivated and reliable.
-Must work well with others but also be capable of working alone.
- Must have at least 2 full years of NZ dairy farming experience.
-Must currently be living in NZ.
-Must be eligible to work in NZ.
-Must have a current drivers licence.
-Must be confidently be able to ride a 2 wheeler (DR200) there is some challenging terrain.
-Must have 2 good references.
- Experience with tractors will be an advantage but not essential, proper training will be provided.
