Our vision is to enable our ākonga (students) to achieve their educational and personal goals, empowering them to become engaged and contributing members of their communities.We are leaders in online pedagogical approaches and innovative in ways that engage students and connect with them to achieve their educational and personal goals.Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position:We are looking for an innovative and inspirational person who will support and co-ordinate our engagement and manage on-going effective relationships with internal and external partners and agencies. The role supports supervisors and education officers who enrol ākonga (students) with Te Kura from the REALM countries and those living in Department of Correction facilities. As the Relationship Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact and will ensure continued and effective communication between external parties and the school.Ko koe tēnei | About you:The successful Relationship Coordinator will have a reputation for being empathetic, a superb problem solver, flexible and not fazed by the unexpected, is positive and proactive, forms and sustains enduring and respectful relationships. You are passionate about making a difference, willing to learn, deal with complexities, innovate, work collaboratively, and build effective relationships.Experience and a sound understanding of the New Zealand education system and the NZ Qualifications Framework (NZQF) is advantageous.Refer Schedule One of the PD for this position.The successful candidate will ideally have the following:

Proven effective relationship management skills with stakeholders including education tutors, kaiako, government agencies, and community leaders
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
High attention to detail and accuracy
Microsoft office skills
Excellent organisation skills

For this position, we offer a salary range starting from $77,240 to a maximum salary of $93,334 per annum.
