Mō te tūnga | About the roleWe are currently seeking an Administration Manager to drive a high level of service for visitors and staff in our North Shore IDEA Services. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of day-to-day administration operations within the service. This is a hands-on position, providing administration support to the Area Manager and the wider team.You will also provide leadership and guidance to a team of 3 people to deliver a high level of administration and reception duties in the office.This is an exciting opportunity for a focused and self-motivated administrator with strong organisational skills, excellent customer service, the ability to quickly build strong professional relationships, and a passion to be part of an organisation that is making a difference in our community.Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
  • Strong administration experience (general administration, accounts management, purchase orders, bank reconciliations, full knowledge of all Microsoft programmes including excel)
  • People management experience and leadership with the ability to motivate, support and guide others.
  • The ability to resolve problems and respond calmly when put under pressure.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills including the ability to build positive rapport quickly.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Confidence in communicating with people who have a disability.
  • A full New Zealand Driver License
