The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahiYou will be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our dynamic mobile service. Experience in mental health is preferred, but your life experience matters too! Work with a supportive team of Support Workers and make a real impact on people's mental health journey.This is a permanent, full-time position. You will be working 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, 1:30pm - 10pm.Responsibilities include:

Provide medication support and recovery-focused care.
Meal prep and household tasks
Empower independent daily living skills and goal achievement.
Foster positive community connections and strong foundations.
Work alongside Registered Health Professionals with a common purpose.
Manage your caseload with team support.

You | Mōu
We're in search of passionate individuals who thrive on autonomy and value independence.You will also have:

Current full driver's licence.
Current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi
Hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent, or are currently studying towards this qualification or a recognised equivalent.
