Hourly rate will commence at $30.70The ideal candidate will be:
Experience in the operation of a Bakery with a proven background in food service
A Qualified Baker, or qualification equivalent to Level 4 Bakers, with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
Passionate about producing and baking products while delivering outstanding quality
Customer service focused
Innovative, with strong desire to stay ahead of the competition
Positive, show initiative and be self -motivated
An outstanding communicator with an incredible eye for detail
Analytical and measured in their approach to different scenarios
Your key tasks/responsibilities will include:
Assisting the manager to achieve sales targets and meet profitability budgets
Maintain high presentation standards and cleanliness
Assisting with leading and developing the Bakery team
Ordering and controlling Bakery stock levels
Providing outstanding customer service
Actively promoting food safety and health and safety initiatives within the department and throughout the supermarket
