This means the opportunities are endless for our people!The Role:We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Senior Associate 6+ years' experience working within a commercial real estate practice to join our team. You will be a team player, and have a desire to build your career as a recognised Real Estate Lawyer.You will need demonstrated experience with:
  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial leasing (acting for both landlords and tenants)
  • Acting for acquiring authorities under the Public Works Act
And it would be of benefit (but not essential) if you have experience in:
  • Property development including subdivisions
  • Property finance
  • Overseas investment
  • Unit titles
Who will you be working with?Our Auckland real estate team are experts in all aspects of real estate law. We act for a broad range of clients including global and local investors and developers, multi-national corporates, Government and businesses across many sectors.
