Operating in a very niche and specialist market, my client represents some very successful household names in their industry which you would likely recognize and appreciate. They are based in Mount Wellington, close to the motorway with free parking provided as well as flexibility with WFH options. Although they are part of an MNC they really encompass a down-to-earth true Kiwi culture.The RoleVaried position where you will be supporting the Credit Manager and wider AR team. This position focuses on the end-to-end credit control function supporting a specific division/ledger of the business. This role requires an agile candidate who is happy to take a hands-on approach in a high volume and fast paced environment. SAP experience is essential.Your duties will include:
- Reconcile and allocate payments
- Follow up with overdue payments from major customers
- Assist in the preparation and upload of new accounts
- Answer customer queries as required
- Retrieve the necessary documents to facilitate collection
- B2B credit control in high volumes
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Experience with Credit Control in a large organization
- Ability to multitask and build strong relationships internally and externally
- Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems
