You can positively impact your customers and spread joy, and who wouldn't want to do that on a daily basis?!This role is varied and enables you to work across all our prestige Brands, it will require you to:
  • Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted Advisor.
  • Be confident in applying products, recommending products and closing the sale over a variety of Brands.
  • Demonstrate team work and build relationships within our Beauty teams.
  • Share your passion for all our Brands and all their exciting offerings.
About You:We are seeking a General Beauty Advisor to join our team who has:
  • Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store & via telephone in a confident friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience.
  • Strong technical competency in makeup artistry, a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry would be in advantage.
  • A genuine interest in current beauty trends and pop culture, with motivation to up-skill on new product knowledge, reviews and launches.
