
Donor Relationship Specialist

- Excellent communication and active listening skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated accountability in handling donor enquiries and resolving issues efficiently, with a strong focus on customer relationship management to foster donor satisfaction and secure long-term support
- A high level of customer focus and professionalism, with empathy, the ability to build trust and rapport, and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively, with flexibility to shift priorities to meet business needs
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to generate reports and impactful presentations
- Strong knowledge of databases and hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience in coordinating and supporting the delivery of charitable fundraising events
- Proven experience in developing high value donor relationships (desirable)
