We are proud of our dynamic work environment and an equally diverse workforce.Job Description:We are looking for an exceptional Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team and partner with the Sales and Marketing business units. This is an 18-month fixed-term opportunity based in our Wellington head office.Our finance team is dedicated to providing support to the business to ensure we continue to perform at a level required by our residents and shareholders. You are guaranteed to be kept on your toes. You will need to use your initiative, be comfortable shifting gear if priorities change, and be tech savvy and familiarity with Technology One (our Finance system) IBM Analytics TM1, and Power BI. As a fast-growing organisation there's always a focus on continuous improvements and we count on you to help us on this journey.What will your responsibilities be?You will be assisting with the monthly reporting, contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting the business with strategic and financial analysis, and adhoc management accounting services to the organisation through a business partnering model. You will help drive the financial results across the Sales and Marketing business units. This role will require you to work with a range of managers across the business, through providing both strategic and day to day advice that informs decision making and adds value to our business.Qualifications:Who are we looking for?

CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
3 - 4 years' post CA (or equivalent) experience
Experience in Sales/Revenue Reporting
Experience in a Commercial environment
Proven technical ability including advanced excel skills
A basic understanding of cost accounting principles
Dashboarding, scorecarding and budgeting experience
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial managers
Self-driven and results orientated
