Construction Project Manager – Wellington

- Lead and manage all phases of the construction project from inception to completion
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
- Oversee the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance processes
- Provide effective leadership to project staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in vertical build commercial construction projects, specifically with projects valued at $25m or above
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
