Are you passionate about interior design and colour matching? We are currently hiring qualified Colour Consultants in the Tauranga region to represent a leading name in the paint industry! APPLY NOW!About the Role:This is a part-time opportunity with room to grow! Work from 10am - 3pm on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month. You'll be the face of a reputable brand, helping customers make confident colour choices for their projects. As a Colour Consultant, you will support customers in selecting the perfect colours to bring their vision to life, using photos, swatches, or samples they provide. This role requires a solid understanding of colour theory, current trends, colour psychology, and design principles to offer expert advice with confidence. Alongside providing colour consultations, you'll also help maintain a tidy and well-presented sales area, assist customers in locating products, and actively engage with potential customers to promote the Valspar brand.Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers by providing expert advice on interior design and colour selection.
  • Promote paint products to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Offer personalised consultations using customer photos and style preferences.
  • Collaborate with in-store teams to support sales initiatives and drive results.
  • Maintain promotional materials and displays in line with brand guidelines.

  • A qualification in Interior Design
