- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy for projects.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities related to project timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Collaborate and support project teams to ensure structured risk practices are undertaken including to assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks.
- Use risk assessment tools and risk modelling methodologies (Monte Carlo) to support the understanding of potential impacts (including financial and time) of identified risks.
- Analyse and evaluate risk assessment and modelling data to create risk assessment reports and recommend actions.
- Regularly review and update Risk management plans both strategic and project related.
- Facilitate risk workshops and support the development and update of associated risk registers.
- Interfacing with key stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, facilitating workshops and also assisting client relationship building.
- Promoting the use of digital tools and sustainable practices within projects.
- Ensuring the risk management deliverables within projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proven experience in either civil engineering or commercial risk management or both with an interest and understanding of large infrastructure projects
- 5+ years industry experience in project management preferably in civil engineering/ energy/water markets
- Bachelors degree or equivalent, ideally in Civil Engineering or Science
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, with preferred experience in a consulting environment
- Proven use of manipulating spreadsheets (e.g. excel) and report writing capability
- Good understanding of the project delivery lifecycle
- Strong Commercial and contractual acumen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management, communication and facilitation skills
- An innovative and collaborative approach
- Ideally Chartered Engineer, Certified Project Manager or similar professional certification.
- Exposure to a variety of professional experts and projects; T+T are involved in a number of large-scale alliance projects, as well as smaller community focused projects
