- Building and maintaining effective relationships with them by being solutions focused, offering product support and technical information.
- Process sales at our Trade Counter
- Play an integral part of growing sales within this department
- Merchandising and run instore promotions
- Assist customer with any returns or repairs
- Monitoring inventory and cycle counts.
- Proven experience in a customer service and/or retail sales environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with people from all ages and backgrounds.
- Motivated, self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a close-knit team
- Computer and numeracy knowledge
- Great attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Strong sales focus and ability to build rapport quickly
